Diwali Celebrations – Primary

An Eco-Friendly Diwali’ - with a difference, was the main theme of the Class assembly conducted by the students of class 6C. The assembly began with an invocation song and lighting of the lamp by our Director Mr Tanuj Garg, Principal Dr. Reetu Thapa, Mentor Principal Mrs. Lakshmi Rao and the leadership team. The students prepared their assembly with much enthusiasm and talked about the significance of the festival, how good always conquers the evil and also about why and how Diwali is celebrated across the country. Students suggested different ways of celebrating eco-friendly Diwali with easily available and biodegradable terracotta materials. Students also presented a dance rendition, on Diwali. The occasion also commemorated the proud moment for the School to receive the prestigious TIMES - Best Emerging School in Bangalore.
