On the morning of 10th July, the students of Class 2B presented a heartwarming and meaningful assembly on the theme “Kindness is Magic.” The presentation highlighted how small acts of kindness can create joy, build relationships, and make the world a better place.
The assembly began with a warm welcome by the student anchors, who introduced the theme with enthusiasm and explained how kindness, though simple, holds immense power. A beautiful Thought of the Day was shared, emphasizing that kindness is a gift everyone can afford to give.A captivating skit followed, set in a classroom scene, where students portrayed acts of kindness such as helping a friend carry books, sharing colours during an activity, assisting a classmate with pending work, and forming new friendships. The skit brought smiles to everyone’s faces and clearly reflected the values of empathy, cooperation, and care.
To deepen the message, one student recited a meaningful shloka from the Bhagavad Gita, which teaches the virtues of being friendly to all, compassionate, and balanced in both joy and sorrow.Following the shloka, the audience was treated to a lovely poem on kindness. The poem reflected how kindness can brighten lives and spread happiness wherever it goes.
The energy of the morning rose further with a vibrant dance performance set to the theme “Kindness is Magic.” The graceful moves and joyful expressions added life to the message.
The anchors concluded the assembly by reminding everyone of the kindness we receive daily — from God, our grandparents, parents, teachers, and friends — and how it is now our responsibility to pass that kindness on to others.
The assembly was a true celebration of empathy and compassion. The students of Class 2B were applauded for their confident performances and for delivering a meaning message with enthusiasm and heart
