The number peg activity helped students with basic numeracy skills, encouraging them with number recognition, count with one-to-one correspondence, and develop fine motor skills. Students were fascinated to see colourful cloth cut-outs on the cloth line with stickers attached.

They counted the number of stickers on each piece of clothing, picked and matched the peg shape cut-out with the corresponding number. This was a play way and an engaging learning experience.
