1B Class Assembly – Friends Forever

“There are friends, there is family and then there are friends that become family.”

Grade 1B's motivational thought of the day, which focussed on the importance and meaning of friendship, kicked off the assembly. Children added a new term to their vocabulary by presenting the word of the day following a thought of the day.

A beautiful story that stressed the value of friendship and trust was told as the assembly went on followed by an enthralling song. Students confidently presented national, international and sports news to the audience using a range of props. The dance performance stunned the graceful movements and collaboration. The children talked about the importance of genuine friendship—unconditional love and understanding.

The Science Fact of the Day, which provided the audience with fresh information, was then presented by the assembly. The audience found it fascinating and enjoyable to discover the true definition of friendship. It was a memorable event for the audience. The gathering was a huge success
