Nation First, Always First

With Independence Day around the corner, the lawns of National Public School Whitefield looked resplendent in the colours of the four houses as students turned up in large numbers to participate in the much awaited 2.5 Km. ‘Run in the Sun’ event conducted by the Health and Wellness Club.

Students of Classes 6 to 11 were immersed in the infectious enthusiasm of the gala event and were seen running, sprinting or walking their way to the finishing line. The event was a perfect amalgamation of patriotic fervor, student teacher bonding and a reiteration of maintaining a physically active lifestyle.

Medals were given out to the winners of various categories amidst tumultuous applause. The event ended on a scrumptious note with refreshments being offered to all participants.
