Origami is an art of paper folding. This form of art helps children to think creatively, improvise their concentration, fine motor skills and make beautiful models of animals, birds, flowers etc with colourful papers following simple step by step instructions. Children of KG1 learnt to make colourful ‘Tulip flower’ with paper folding craft. They made beautiful flowers by following instructions given by the teachers. They took colour paper of their choice and folded it carefully to make a tulip flower in just four simple steps. Teachers also guided them to make the stem of the flower by rolling another paper into thin strip, with the help of a pencil.
Children were mesmerized to see their beautiful flower and happy to display it to their friends.
