Failure towards Success

The students of Class 4 presented the class assembly based on the theme - Failures are the Pillars of Success. Most often we quit doing things when we fail, thinking it to be final. That is what the students discussed that failure is never fatal, in fact it is the pathway of success and provides important lessons. The assembly began with an invigorating thought for the day, followed by news from across the globe and quiz that had everyone thinking. A short skit prepared by the students showed how with the support and motivation from good friends, one can overcome their fears and move confidently towards success. Another skit was presented which showcased the life and failures of various personalities from across the globe, and how they rose again. They also spoke about great personalities in history like King Bruce and Walt Disney and how they succeeded after facing many failures. They also recited the poem ‘The Kite’ which relates to the same topic. The assembly ended with the melodious music of “we shall overcome”.
