Unity in diversity

The students of classes 1 and 2 presented an assembly on the theme Unity in Diversity. Unity in Diversity is India’s strength. There is simplicity in every Indian. There is unity in every corner of India. This is our strength. Dressed in traditional costumes of the states of India, the students looked adorable and they spoke about the culture, traditions, cuisines, festival Art and Dance forms of the states they represented. The art work the children did, brought out the theme of the day. The significance of the term Unity in Diversity was explained; the state of togetherness despite the presence of infinite diversity. The children had a great time!
